The homebuilder has launched a consultation on a scheme to deliver 110 homes in Atherton.
Located on land west of Stothert Street, the 2.5-acre site would comprise houses, bungalows, and apartments. The homes would range from one to three beds.
Around 108,000 sq ft of biodiverse greenspace would provide public pedestrian and cycle routes.
Consultation topics include what household technology or equipment should be standard, and what sustainability measures residents would like to see.

The homes would be available for private rent through developer Letta.
Both Northstone and Letta are part of Peel L&P Group.
Bernadette Barry, development manager at Northstone, said: “These are some of the first homes to be built specifically for private rent through Letta and we’re excited to start discussions with local people in Atherton to develop our plans further to meet local housing needs .

“Renters will also have the added reassurance that the homes are being managed by a trusted housing company and we’d encourage people to give us their feedback and share their views on the consultation website before plans are submitted to Wigan Council.”
